3. AI Services and Data Processing

Our application provides an optional AI Q&A assistant. This section describes how that feature works, what data is involved, and how it is processed.

(1) AI Technology Implementation

Our application integrates a third-party artificial intelligence technology to enhance user experience. We specifically use:

  • Google Gemini AI (google/gemini-2.5-flash model) — accessed via the Replicate platform to power in-app AI Q&A, including answering user questions and providing conversational assistance.

(2) Data Shared with Third-Party AI

When you interact with AI-powered Q&A features, only the following data is sent to the Replicate API:

  • User questions and prompts: The text you type or submit to the AI assistant
  • Conversation context: Limited recent chat history needed to generate a relevant follow-up answer
  • Technical metadata: Request identifiers and timestamps necessary to complete the request

No personal identifiers, account credentials, 2FA secrets, payment information, device information, or any other data is shared with the third-party AI provider.

(3) How AI Processes Your Data

When you interact with AI-powered Q&A features:

  • Your data is transmitted via encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections to Replicate's servers
  • The google/gemini-2.5-flash model processes your data in real time to generate answers
  • Processing is completed within seconds for the purpose of returning a response to you
  • Replicate processes each request only to complete that request and does not use the data for model training

(4) Data Usage and Training Policy

  • The collected data is used solely for AI inference and answering your questions
  • Your data is NOT used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models
  • We do not share your AI interaction data with any parties other than Replicate, which is strictly necessary for processing your requests
  • Replicate does not retain or use your data for model training or any other purposes beyond processing your request

(5) AI Content Disclaimer
